I, along with my mother from the UK, and my mother-in-law and brother-in-law from Pakistan, have always desired to perform Umrah with a group through an Umrah Package as a family. It was an extraordinary and unforgettable experience. The Hajj Company provided exceptional support throughout our journey. Unfortunately, within the last 24 hours, my mother suffered a broken arm. Usman from the company promptly took charge of the situation. Despite being abroad and unfamiliar with the local healthcare system, Usman efficiently arranged everything within a short span of 12 hours. My mother received medical attention, including a cast with metal rods, and remarkably, we were able to return home just 5 hours later.

Furthermore, Usman displayed remarkable kindness by upgrading my mother's seat for her return journey, ensuring her comfort and ease during the flight. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional assistance and support provided by The Hajj Company. Their dedication to our well-being went above and beyond our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone considering a Umrah pilgrimage. My family from Pakistan also had a wonderful experience and returned home safely. I’ve booked my umrah package twice with this company now and it’s safe to say I will only be booking with them in the future inshallah. On both of my trips brother Usman went above and beyond to accommodate my various needs and requirements. He was always available on the phone when needed and responded back promptly. The amazing thing with Usman is that he has an impressive network of contacts in both Makkah and Medina. What ever we needed, transport, ziyarat, food distribution for the poor, where to go and not to go in the markets, Usman facilitated all of this for us. I would highly recommend The Hajj company to anyone who wants to make the spiritual journey. A big thank you to Usman for making it such a stress free, smooth and enjoyable experience on both occasions. I had a fantastic experience when going on Umrah with the Hajj Company in November 2023, It was  organised brilliantly by them,and their was 24/7 on the group support from the team.I was with my disabled niece and my mum who has medical problems, and never once did we feel disappointed or disadvantaged by the experience. EXPERIENCE OF A LIFE TIME. I would like to really thank the HAJJ company for an experience that I will never forget.. the HAJJ company looked after everything so you could concentrate on the reason been there..they sorted everything out from visa,flights hotels,booking through the NUSUK app,food,site seeing,luggage and return. They went above and beyond so I could embrace and  really understand my umrah.. the HAJJ company never let you feel left alone while you are there. The ziyarats were exceptional as the group got the chance to experience sites that are not normally included in other packages..we as a group had the chance at not only look at the sites but actually get up close and personal which added that extra special touch to the experience. Both makkah and madina had there own special experiences which the HAJJ company went to every lengths so we didn't have an issue. I would be booking them again in the future. The Hajj company was exceptional in every aspect, I thoroughly enjoyed my umrah trip and would recommend them to everyone, their hospitality goes above and beyond and makes the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The sightseeing trips in both Makkah and Medina were exciting and educational. I’d love to go again soon in sha Allah. Beyond EXCELLENT experience and services provided!

Your efforts and work ethics were beyond anyone's expectations. We went as a family of 10 with this group and we were all never once disappointed and looked forward to each element of this special journey.

You have been the wasila to facilitate a lot of our FIRSTS as this was my 1st with my little toddler. We will never forget how you have always gone over and beyond in trying to meet all our demands. May Allah SWT always protect and bless you with his infinite Barakah. Ameen.
