Completed my first umrah with The Hajj company and they were absolutely incredible!! I went with my 9 month old baby and I was very nervous but they were with me every step of the way ensuring I had a smooth and wonderful experience with my little one. A massive thank you to Usman and Shajahan for taking care of me and my little one as well as everybody in the group. They were fantastic attentive and extremely helpful. The package they offer is great and very good value for money. I got to see things I only dreamt of seeing and that not all Hajj and Umrah companies offer. All in all a wonderful experience that would not have been possible without The hajj Company who go above and beyond and enabled a fantastic customer experience. We travelled with this Hajj company for two weeks with our young family, and they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free so we could focus on our worship. Before we travelled, they provided clear PDF guides with duas and step-by-step instructions on how to perform Umrah, which helped us feel prepared and confident. During the trip, they advised us on the best hotels, took us on several ziyarats, and were always available by phone whenever we needed them. Alhamdulilah, words cannot express my gratitude to the Hajj Company. I have managed to complete my 1st Umrah alhamdulilah it was an amazing experience and the Hajj Company made it easy and guided myself and my wife step by step upon how to complete Umrah. We were provided pdfs to read with useful information such as duas and guidance for our journey. The zirayat was especially engaging and informative. Explained the significance of the locations we visited which we found thoroughly enjoyable. The group we went with was very nice and we all got a long.

We recently returned from our Umrah trip with The Hajj Company four of us family members travelled and I must say The Hajj Company exceeded our expectations from the initial booking stage to pre Umrah seminar via teams, the communication was top notch via a WhatsApp group.

They delivered exactly what we expected direct flights,visa’s hotels,guided Ziyarah’s Usman reassured me that my wife’s visa would get approved as it took slightly longer because it was a Pakistani passport.

Huge thanks to Usman & Shahjahan for being professional and well organised throughout and for looking after me and my family throughout this beautiful 💚🕋journey I would definitely 💯 % recommend The Hajj Company to anyone who is looking to book their Umrah or Hajj.
